  9. Repeat layering with the meat sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese, ending with a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
  11. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
